Punta San Vigilio represents the last foothill of Mount Baldo on lake Garda. It is a small promontory that stretches from lake Garda eastern coast on which, through the centuries, a small village with private harbour was built around the sixteenth century villa Guarienti.Punta San Vigilio is considered one of the most beautiful village of lake Garda, with its small alleys, the elegant villa surrounded by palm trees, cypresses, flowers and the blue water of the lake. Every where cypresses, olive trees and agaves are part of the landscape.
The village is completed by the historical lemon greenhouse, a nicely refurbished hotel and a cafe-restaurant where is possible to sit outside facing the lake for a cappuccino or an aperitivo.Part of the private shore on the promontory is accessible through an old historical olive grove.Punta San Vigilio is a fundamental stop of many guided tours on the eastern coast of the lake organized by the guided tours of lake Garda.
