Cooking Classes in Verona

Cooking classes are specially designed for tourists who stay few days in Verona. They are held in an old cottage in the countryside just outside Verona in a very warm and friendly atmosphere.
Recipes are taken from the typical dishes of local tradition.
Usually during the cooking class a 3 courses meal is prepared:

• hand made pasta or risotto
• main course or antipasti (Italian appetizers)
• dessert

The preparation is done by all participants who are directly involved in the cooking of dishes. Everything is done on the spot.
You will also get useful tips on the usage of spices in Italian traditional cuisine and in the presentation of dishes.
It is also possible to require special menues for your cooking lesson.
Upon request is also possible to accompany the prepared dishes with local wines and require a sommelier for the occasion.
At the end of the cooking lesson, the group will sit together to enjoy the prepared dishes.
A class lasts about 4 hours.
