Verona and its outskirts offers a wide variety of accommodation options for all budgets and in all locations: few steps from the Arena and main tourist attraction in city center, on the hills in the middle of the beautiful countryside and vineyards, or on Lake Garda right in front of the lake.
Please consider that besides July and August in which hotels are quite busy because of the Opera Festival at the Arena, you might have difficulties in finding accommodation in concomitance with some of Verona exhibitions: especially Vinitaly at the beginning of April, Marmomacc at the beginning of October and Fieracavalli at the beginning of November. Rates for accommodation in these periods automatically shifts to high-season.
